Food & Beverage Director/Supervisors
Wait Staff seats guests and takes their orders using suggestive selling techniques. He/she services guests by serving drinks, taking and delivering orders, and completing follow-up checks in appropriate time frame. Wait Staff is responsible for operating the cash register and accounting for all sales. He/she maintains the cleanliness of the restaurant, including busing of tables. He/she assists in the restocking of Wait Staff area, dessert cooler and tableware and any other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Director and Supervisors.
To provide customer service and ensure guest satisfaction while performing all required duties of the job.
Must be 18 years of age or older. Must qualify for a Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Non-gaming license. Must have 20/20 corrected vision and not be color blind. Must have the ability to pass TIPS training and to obtain a food handler's card. Must have great customer service skills.
Experience: Three months experience in the restaurant field preferred. Must possess knowledge of basic mathematical skills.
Must be physically able to withstand continued walking and standing for periods of 8 hours or more and be able to withstand bending, reaching, grasping and lift up to 50 pounds.
Guests 18 years of age and older are welcome. Persons under the age of 18 will not be permitted on the property. This includes the Lodge and Bay Store. Guests under 18 are welcome at the cabins and campground. Guests must be 21 years of age to gamble. Thank you for your understanding.
