The Pit Boss verifies table/poker bank and also verifies playing cards before shift, and after shift, guaranteeing accountability. He/she supervises Table Game Dealers and monitors games in assigned pit area to ensure they are conducted in accordance with company policies, including sale of chips and take and pay functions. The Pit Boss performs credit/fill procedures when needed and at the end of shift and also assists in maintaining necessary records and paperwork pertaining to the activities of the operation such as: checking table status hourly and completing customer tracking forms for Players Club. He/she handles any problems that arise with customers and performs any other duties assigned by the Floor Supervisor.
Monitors table games to ensure accordance with company standards, while ensuring customers receive the best possible service.
Must be 21 years of age or older. Must qualify for a Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Key license. Must have 20/20 corrected vision and not be color blind.
High school graduate or GED.
Experience: Six months experience dealing table games preferred. Must be proficient at mathematics.
Must be physically able to withstand continued standing for periods of 8 hours or more.
