Food & Beverage Director/Supervisors
The Janitor/Dishwasher cleans all dishes and puts them away in their appropriate areas. He/she cleans and organizes the walk-in cooler; kitchen and dish-wash area, which include the char broiler, exhaust system, ovens and dishwasher, etc,; and restaurant area making certain that all floors, tables, chairs, booths, etc. are clean.
To provide customer service and ensure guest satisfaction while performing all the required duties of the job. To ensure cleanliness of all areas of the restaurant.
Must be 18 years of age. Must qualify for a Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Non-gaming license. Must be able to obtain a food handler's card.
High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
Must be able to read and follow directions.
Must be physically able to withstand continued walking and standing for periods of 8 hours or more and be able to withstand bending, reaching, grasping and lift up to 50 pounds.
Guests 18 years of age and older are welcome. Persons under the age of 18 will not be permitted on the property. This includes the Lodge and Bay Store. Guests under 18 are welcome at the cabins and campground. Guests must be 21 years of age to gamble. Thank you for your understanding.
