The Surveillance Agent constantly uses cameras to observe casino and surrounding premises, ensuring proper positioning of surveillance cameras. The Surveillance Agent must have knowledge of all gaming departments' policies and procedures, ensuring compliance, and must also keep all information confidential. He/she must complete audits as required in the Surveillance Manual and must conduct inventory of forms.
The Surveillance Agent ensures compliance of company standards by monitoring all departments and documenting all exceptions to policies and procedures while monitoring casino activities. The Surveillance Agent must know how or learn how to run surveillance wires throughout the casino and surrounding premises and to install surveillance cameras.
Must be 21 years of age or older. Must qualify for a Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Key license.
High School Graduate or GED
Six months experience in the field of security or surveillance preferred. Must be proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel. Must be able to work in a confined area with minimal supervision.
The Surveillance Agent must be physically able to withstand continued sitting for a period of 8 hours or more. He/she must be able to work rotating shifts on a weekly basis and perform any other duties assigned by the Security Director.
