Security Shift Supervisor
Security Director

The Security Shift Supervisor ensures compliance with company standards and tribal gaming regulations by monitoring all departments, and reporting incidents to the appropriate departmental supervisors and directors. He/she must be knowledgeable of all casino operations and internal controls. The Security Shift Supervisor makes certain all equipment in the Secuirty department is serviced and maintained on a regular basis. He/she is responsible for forms inventory and proper dispersion of forms. The Secuirty Shift Supervisor will be required to do Security Guard or Access Guard duties when needed. The Security Shift Supervisor assists in establishing operational procedures for activities such as traffic control, guarding and patrolling physical property. He/she must be willing and able to train new employees as part of the Safety Program. The Security Shift Supervisor observes workers in performance of duties to evaluate efficiency and to detect and correct inefficient work practices. He/she performs internal and external perimeter checks and must be able to work rotating days off. The Security Shift Supervisor performs other duties as assigned by the Security Director.

Oversee all activites within the Security department as well as monitor all casino related activites for regulation and company policy compliance.

Must be 21 years of age or older. Must qualify for Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Key license. Must have 20/20 corrected vision and not be color blind. Must be  CPR, First Aid, First Responders, and EMT training or the ability to achieve such certifications. Must have a valid driver's license. Six months supervisory experience and one year security experience or related education preferred. Must have appropriate oral and written communication skills.

High school graduate or GED. Must have knowledge of computer programs for office-related duties.

Mu be physically able to withstand continued walking, standing, kneeling, and lifting for periods of 8 hours or more and lift up to 50 lbs.
