Purchasing merchandise for resale, maintain appropriate inventory levels, appealing displays of merchandise, and establishes pricing for retail sale of gasoline and merchandise. Plans and monitors operating budget and capital expenditure budget. Selecgts, trains, and supervises staff. Establishes and monitors compliance with procedures for all operating activities, including The Bay Store, Campground & Cabin registrations/reservations, and boat ramps. Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and tribal regulations. Maintains communication with the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, S.D. Game & Fish Department, and Standing Rock Sioux Tribe Game & Fish Department. Maintains the physical condition and appearance of The Bay buildings, cabins, campgound, and associated equipment, coordinating with the Maintenance Department. Any & all other duties assigned by the General Manager.

Manages all aspects of The Bay, cabins, and campgrounds operation, including purchasing, sales, and regulatory compliance, in a manner that promotes the image of The Bay and Grand River Casino to guests and produces optimal financial results.

Must be at least 21 years of age

Must qualify for a "KEY" Standing Rock Tribal Gaming License

Must possess a minimum of an Associate Degree in an applicable curriculum, Business Administration, from an accredited post-secondary educational institute. Relevant work experience, in addition to the other listed requirements, may be accepted in lieu of formal education.

At least 3 years of mangerial or assistant managerial experience, preferably in a gas station/convenience store or similar retail establishment, is required. Should posses and maintain knowledge of outdoor recreational (boating, hunting, fishing) activities.

Requires the ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours at a time and normal (or corrected) visual acuity and hearing. Must possess the ablities to bend, kneel, reach and grasp, as well as normal finger dexterity. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
