What happens to my offers while you are closed? Will I get new offers once you are open again?
We are happy to honor all of your March and April offers once we reopen. We look forward to your future visit once the COVID-19 pandemic is no longer a threat to our guests.

What happens to my Gold Club account while you are closed?
You are a valued member to our Gold Club and we look forward to seeing you again when the casino reopens. Your Gold Club account will remain active during the closure.

How do I get a copy of my Win/Loss Statement for my taxes?
We understand your win/loss statements are an important piece to your tax filing. Please send all win/loss statement requests to cvermillion@grandrivercasino.com.

When can I book a future reservation for your hotel? What happens if I have a current reservation while you are closed?
All reservation bookings are suspended until further notice. Any current reservations have been cancelled without penalty. Please stay tuned to our Facebook page, enewsletters and right here on the website for the latest information on when lodge reservation bookings will resume.

Will you clean your casino while you are closed?
Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us, for the safety of our guests, staff, their families and our community. We have received recommendations from the South Dakota Department of Health and guidelines from CDC, and have been going above and beyond them to make and keep Grand River clean, healthy and safe.

What about my expiring slot vouchers?
Your expired redemption tickets can still be redeemed at the cage when we reopen. We look forward to seeing you in the future!

When will you be open and how do I find out?
For the latest news and information, please follow us on social media or sign up for our email newsletter. We will update you and our other guests as soon as we are able to resume operations.

What are you doing with perishable food?
Contributing to the community during this trying time is very important to us. In an effort to do our part, all of Grand River's perishable food has been donated.
