Cancellation Policies
Reservation & Cancellation Policy – Grand River Casino & Resort
The Bay Campground
Reservations at The Bay Campground require a 72-hour notice prior to the date of arrival for cancellation. Cancellations made within 72 hours may result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and a full refund is not guaranteed.
The Lodge and Camp & Cabins
Reservations for The Lodge and Camp & Cabins may be canceled until 4:00 PM CST on the day of arrival without penalty. Cancellations made after this time may be subject to applicable fees.
